Who is eligible to open an account?
Any private individual of legal age with a valid place of residence in Switzerland may use True Wealth's wealth management services and open an account, provided there is no suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.
However, True Wealth AG is only authorised to provide wealth management services in Switzerland. The legal relationship between the client and True Wealth AG is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to open an account for persons with a US background (US citizen, resident in the USA or status as a «resident alien»).
