Own our digital marketing channels end-to-end: paid search & paid social, SEO and content — with real budgets, clearly defined KPIs such as CLTV-based ROAS, and 50'000+ clients. Fixed term until 31 May 2027, with the option of a permanent contract afterwards. Reports to the CEO.
Required: 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a premium B2C environment; proven ownership of paid channels and budgets; strong analytical skills (GA4 or similar); basic branding comprehension; fluent German and English; valid Swiss work permit.

Drive product initiatives from definition to release at a Swiss fintech — reporting directly to the CEO.
StellenbeschreibungDrive product initiatives from definition to release at Switzerland's leading online wealth manager (50'000+ clients), reporting directly to the CEO. You translate our product strategy into well-defined, shipped product initiatives — working AI-first: exploring ideas as clickable prototypes, sharpening requirements, and verifying that what ships does what was intended. You also act as guardian of our customer-facing product experience: simple, intuitive, beautifully designed — across all initiatives.
Required: experience as a Product Owner or similar in the digital space; strong business analysis and conceptual skills; a data-driven approach; high agency; uncompromising standards for the digital customer experience; the drive to make our entire product innovation process AI-enabled; openness toward people, from clients to compliance; fluent English and German; valid Swiss work permit. Past coding experience is a plus.
