What will happen to my child's portfolio when they become an adult?
The child portfolio remains invested with all securities and is seamlessly transferred to the child or young adult. There are no transfer fees or stamp duties involved. Starting on their 18th birthday, your child will have sole access to the account and full authority to dispose of all assets held in their name.
To this end, we will ask you for your child’s email address in due course so that we can update the client relationship accordingly.
