How secure is True Wealth?
At True Wealth, security is our top priority. For over ten years, we have been continuously investing in our IT infrastructure and operational processes to minimize risks. Significant changes to trading or rebalancing algorithms undergo a code review, are approved by our risk management team, and are extensively tested before and after release. In addition, we regularly commission IT security experts to perform vulnerability analyses and penetration tests. As of today, the following measures have already been implemented (the list is not exhaustive)
- All communication between our website and a web browser is encrypted.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Passwords are only stored in hashed form.
- Cash deposits and securities are not held by us, but by a custodian bank.
- Statutory deposit protection or state guarantee on cash deposits.
- Payouts are only possible to a verified bank account in the customer's name.
- Detailed system logs record all computer activities.
- Direct supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA
- Regular training and awareness-raising for all employees
