How secure is True Wealth?

Protecting your data and assets is True Wealth's top priority. For more than a decade, we have been continuously optimizing our IT systems and operational processes. All changes to core algorithms undergo rigorous internal review processes, approval by risk management, and intensive testing. In addition, external cybersecurity experts continuously audit our systems using penetration tests.

An overview of our key security standards (non-exhaustive):

• Seamless encryption: All data transmission between web browsers and our servers is encrypted.
• Modern authentication: Account protection via two-factor authentication (2FA) and support for passwordless passkeys.
• Cryptographic password protection: Passwords are stored exclusively in securely hashed form.
• Segregated custody of assets: Client funds and securities are not held by True Wealth, but held safely as segregated assets at a regulated custodian bank.
• Deposit insurance: Cash balances benefit from statutory Swiss deposit insurance or the cantonal state guarantee of the respective custodian bank.
• Closed withdrawal loop: Withdrawals are strictly restricted to a verified reference account in your name.
• Comprehensive audit logging: Detailed system logs capture all relevant activities without gaps.
• FINMA regulation: As an authorized asset manager, True Wealth is directly supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
• Ongoing employee training: Regular training on cyber risks and data protection for the entire team.
