- Maintain confidentiality: Never share your password with third parties. True Wealth employees will never ask you for your login credentials at any time.
- Prevent phishing & verify URLs: Ensure that web addresses start exactly with [https://www.truewealth.ch] or [https://app.truewealth.ch]. It is best to always access the platform via direct entry or a bookmark rather than external links.
- Protect your email inbox: Apply the same strict security standards to your personal email account. Contact us immediately if you suspect that unauthorized third parties have gained access to your email account.
