How do I open an account with True Wealth?
To open your account with True Wealth, use either a web browser or our True Wealth App. To do so, follow these steps:
- Select the desired product: wealth management/pillar 3a or ETF child portfolio.
- Then fill out the registration form.
- You will immediately receive the asset management mandate and the custodian bank documents for signing. For electronic identity verification, we require a selfie and a photo of your ID card or passport.
- Transfer the desired investment amount to your account with the custodian bank. You will find the relevant details in your personal client area under «Payments.»
- We use a questionnaire to determine your risk tolerance in order to tailor the risk of your portfolio to your needs. You can then adjust your investment mix according to your risk profile.
- Confirm your investment strategy.
- We will invest your portfolio on the market within a few trading days.
