Can I open a True Wealth portfolio in several people's names (joint account)?
No, we do not offer joint accounts, and it is not possible to grant power of attorney for an account. There are two reasons for this: firstly, access to the customer account is via a personal email address, and secondly, we believe that everyone should pursue their own individual investment strategy.
However, you can enter a contact person in your settings. We will contact this person if we are unable to reach you for any reason over a longer period of time. You can enter this information under: User settings > Contact person.
