Where are my assets held?
Your untied (free) assets are held in an independent custody account at the account-holding bank, which is in your name. You can choose between an international banking group and a Swiss cantonal bank with a state guarantee.
- Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB) with a state guarantee from the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
- Saxo Bank (Switzerland) AG with a Swiss banking license and deposit insurance up to CHF 100'000.
Pillar 3a assets are held by a pension foundation in accordance with legal requirements; in our case, this is the BLKB Pension Foundation 3a Digital.
As your wealth manager, True Wealth may execute transactions on your behalf in the investment instruments you have selected and charge the applicable management fees. However, you remain the owner of your securities at all times.
