Who can open an account with True Wealth?
Any adult private individual resident in Switzerland can use True Wealth's wealth management and 3rd pillar services and open an account, provided there is no suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.
However, True Wealth AG is only licensed to provide asset management services in Switzerland. The legal relationship between the client and True Wealth AG is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to open an account for persons with a US background (US citizenship, residence in the USA or "resident alien" status).
